Excellent service, very pleased

"Place an order and was worried there was no tracking update. Customer service contacted me before there was a problem. The 1st box shipped Monday and USPS tracking was normal, but the 2nd package shipped Tuesday and there was no tracking info of the package moving. Customer service let me know USPS hasn't been scanning packages on pickup so to expect no tracking until the package showed up. They where right. Very pleased they let me know."

"I ordered 2 Ponchos on the 25th of March, it is now the 30th Ive sent them 2 emails with no response, No shipping details nothing
I payed through Paypal and if I don't get something from them by tomorrow I will file a dispute with paypal to get my money back

"I ordered the Italian Pilot Duffel. Perfect size to just load and throw in the car to head out to visit/babysit my granddaughter for the weekend. Very easy to load and has a separate compartment for my books and papers.
I also ordered the ALICE w/ external frame. For trail hiking it's great. More of the weight is carried on the shoulders than an internal frame, but very comfortable. You can buy a 6,000 cu. in. backpack for a bit more money and end up with a piece of junk--poor material and workmanship-- which is what a friend did. I actually ended up getting a medium and a large ALICE. Though used, they haven't been abused. The only way I knew they were used was 1) the paint on the frame is worn and 2) the permanent marker to ID the soldier who "owned" it. My friend's "cheap" pack broke a seam on one of the main straps the first time out. I'm willing to bet I NEVER have that problem.
I should also mention that I purchased U.S. carpenter's tool belt. I've been looking for one for nearly a year now at the big box stores. Too many features, too few features, too much money, too cheap. Well I was amazed to find just what I wanted here and for a good price. I believe it is new/unused too.sda

This was my first time purchasing from Loadup. The transaction went Very Smoothly and I would not have a problem ordering from them again.

At one point, a day or so after I placed the order I was concerned that the boots might be on back order and emailed them through their contact link. Within 24 hours I recieved a friendly email assuring me that the boots were in stock and roughly when they would be shipped. Shortly thereafter, within a couple of days, I recieved a email with the tracking number.

The boots arived promptly and in as stated and expectd condition.

I am already looking at other items on thier site.

"Just like to add a few thoughts here.. Although it took a little longer to receive my order than I had anticipated, it was well worth the wait. The customer service folks at LoadUp.com helped me to confirm the status of my order, and it arrived in good shape. As a sidenote here, the condition of this ruck is described as "used, good", but is actually much better than that. As a matter of fact, it is much better than some of the gear Uncle Sam issued to me oh so many moons ago. I would order from LoadUp.com again in a heartbeat. Thank you allowing me to share these brief thoughts.

"The order was as expected, although it arrived about a week later than expected, on July 18th. I recieved an email apologizing for the delay, due to a back order of the ammo cans. I was very happy with the price and quality of the mechandise and would not hesitate to order from Loadup.com again"

"Loadup sold me a hardshell high impact backpack and after using it for LESS than month the seams started falling apart. They told me they don't issue returns and credits on anything when their website clearly says they do on anything whether used or new!! Customer Service SUCKS! Don't trust Loadup.com"
