"Do not order from this company! I ordered a couple dresses and they were terrible. Felt like they were made out of a heavy bed sheet. They were supposed to be white, one was a hideous grey white. When I tried to return them they wanted to give me a partial discount, saying they were custom made. They were not custom made. I ordered a standard size 6 and 8. They offered be $60 on dresses I paid $150 for each! Not to mention they said I could keep them and try to sell them? Are you joking?! TOTAL SCAM SITE!!"

"Stay far away from Lizprom and their reps (Annie or Bella ) who will drag out your concerns by making it look as if they are trying to help and then not respond or follow through.
They will blame Covid for not having to fix orders whereby their production team made errors such as mistaking your chest size for your waist etc. Basic screw-ups they should honour and fix.

"I had been eyeing wedding dresses on Lizprom for a while and finally decided to order a test dress (just an occasion type dress, not a wedding dress) to check out the quality and the service. I ordered a custom size as I am only 5'2'' so a standard size wouldn't be a good fit length.
When the dress came, I was impressed with the quality of the fabrics and the workmanship. I could tell that all of my measurements had been used and the dress was true to order, as well as true to advertisement. I love the fact, wonderful wedding dress excellent would recomend."
"I'm a writer and as such used to bad reviews, But in addition I'm also a mother of the bride who did not want to wear traditional, and after months of consideration, I thought, give it a go So, arrives here, late on a Saturday night a foot parcel, soaking wet because of the weather and I puts it aside in order to finish my meal in peace with my hubby before all kinds of things hit various fans, although I was still clinging to one fact. The cost of what I was getting was not that great. Not really. Anyway, what eventually came out of that parcel left me beyond belief glad I ordered this dress.
