"Worst company ever. I have to go through 5 different people in live chat to ask to cancel their services to come back in 2 weeks to find out I have to start all over. Additionally I find out there's a 90 days cancellation notice. WTF? I have to pay a penalty for leaving them?? This company is a nightmare. My opinion of them is not alone - please search the web. The account itself does not have a simple CANCEL button. I can not remove my card! It's nonsence!"
