"I first purchased from Livewarehouse.com back in Dec 2004, and that was my last. Although, this is my first review for them, b/c I have been sending emails to there rma department from Jan 2005 till April 05 and gave up and didnt know where to write a review. I purchased a DVD+/-R from their inventory, it was DOA, and went through the neccessary steps to have it repaired or replace, ie :First, recieve notification from manufactur of defect, then contact rma department of Livewarehouse. The manufacturer confirmed the defect, and i repeatly emailed the rma dept as instructed with 15 emails over 4 months, with no reply what so ever. So, i am left with a peice of junk. Too bad to, b/c i spend $5000 to $7000 a month on computer parts as I am owner of a substantial computer repair and reseller business."

I don't buy everything there, and I don't like the anti-Mac wording of their customer service rules manifesto (even though everything I've ordered from them has gone on, or into, a Mac with zero problems), but I'll keep coming back until they don't carry these specialty items."

"The case I ordered was received with front panel plastic hold downs broken. Panel was loose, not attached. However, the cost for reshipment back to you would be more then what the case cost, so I had to keep it. Also, the serial number was no where to be found, and it was needed for the rebate. I feel the quality of service is poor, so I doubt if I will be purchasing any other cases in the future. If this had been a more expensive case, I still would have had to pay for the shipping cost back to you for repairs, which I don't agree with. If I received it broken, it should be repaired, at your cost. Also, it was NOT damaged in freight, the shipping boxes (inner and outer) were both in good condition. The case was in a damaged condition inside the box, apparently shipped from your warehouse that way. I repaired it best I could. thanks. "

"Simply looking for a good deal on a cheap optical mouse, Amazon recommended LiveWarehouse as a reseller. This seemed like a good idea, especially since they were near where I needed the product delivered.
At first I was confused about getting a slightly different product (essentially the same, but different color), but more worried about a missing part (USB to PS2 converter).
