"I haven't received my delivery yet, though I'm sure it will arrive in the next day or two (they said it could take 7 working days, it has been 5). My son won't receive it in time for his birthday but we hould have ordered sooner. The confirmation email could be better though, apparently they attached something to the email and said the delivery was traceable via UPS, but they did not include the UPS tracking number in the email and my ipad won't view the attachment. I emailed them asking for the UPS tracking number but received no reply. My rating is 3 stars, I'm sure the product will be great but the service is slow and the confirmation email should list the tracking number in the body of the email not rely on attachments that are not compatible with all devices."
