"I bought a ladder from them a few years ago, and while the ladder itself is pretty good, the company shared my email, AGAINST THEIR PRIVACY POLICY. I recently received spam to the special email address I made for them when I bought the ladder. And they have ignored my attempts to contact them about it, and won't allow me to post about it on their Facebook page. In fact, if you look, the "visitor posts" are all by a handful of people/companies, some who have posted multiple times, extolling the virtues of the ladders, and sounding like bought advertisements/reviews, which it wouldn't surprise me if they are."
