"Horrible service. I placed an order on April 28 for delivery on May 1st. I called the customer service to modify something and they informed me that they will not be able to deliver my purchase before 10 days!!! As it was a birthday gift I immediately ask for its cancellation (thus 30mns after having placed the order).

We are May 16th and I am still waiting for the reimbursement of my cancelled order. They are not professionals, should not be dealing as an e-commerce site as they offer a non service and their service is slower than a turtle."
