While some items they have on their site may not be in stock, they will let you know right away when you call if they can fulfil your request or not. UPDATE: One of the lights that I received went bad. Unlike another company that I reviewed that expects you to send the item in at your own expense, Litetronics decided to send me 2 lightbulbs to replace just 1 faulty one AT NO EXPENSE to me. If you are in the market to buy lightbulbs online, definitely check thes eguys out. Cold cathode lights are the best way to go for energy savings unless you need a lot of lumins (about 350 lumins is max right now for this kind of technology) I found their glass bubble style lighting perfect for my bathroom to replace the incandescent bulbs."
