"When I first started vaping 6 years ago, I bought all of my supplies from Litecigusa for years. It was highly recommended on the ECF (the most popular e-cig forum at the time). I always received my orders promptly, although a few times I received incorrect items that they quickly made good on when brought to their attention. I've branched out over the years and tried other sites, but not because Litecigusa did anything wrong, they just stopped carrying one item I still use that is getting harder and harder to find.
I don't understand why in the google ad for this rating site shows a rating of just 1 star, when clearly there are a lot of good reviews here. You might want to fix that ResellerRatings. "

"I purchased the eleaf icare starter kit and used it accordingly per instructions. After two days of moderate use both coils were burned through.

I contacted customer support and instead of offering support I was bombarded with questions over questions that were suited to find fault on my end, not to solve the issue.

In the end, when it was clear that I did nothing wrong, I was told that warranty wouldn't apply because coils are disposable items and therefore not covered.

No offer to send a replacement or coupon or free shipping, nothing. Not even an apology that I now can't purchase new coils because they are out of stock.

Whereas shipping was fairly fast and prices normal, that customer support was way way below average.

I will NOT ever make another purchase from this site ever again. Very disappointing. "

"I'm very happy with these guys. I'm somewhat picky about which companies I like to order from, and they seem to be top notch. I've placed two orders with them, and they are extremely fast, and have great products. On my last order I put a note to double-check that I was ordering the correct combination of batteries and atomizers, not expecting that anyone would check it over. When I got the order, I noticed that they had wrote in a small note saying that it all looked good, and I'm extremely happy with the products I got for the money. One small complaint, is that the Joye and generic liquids don't taste as great to me, so consider them a gamble (in fairnes, taste is subjective and I would guess that other companies have a lot of flavors I wouldn't care for)--read the reviews on their site). The NiteLite vapor, however is GREAT, and highly recommended. The batteries and atomizers seem to be very high quality and I'm very happy with them."
