"I am a huge online shopper! I ordered a $224 worth of items and a month and a half later I finally complained. They replied after several emails saying they just sent me item 2 days ago. Huh?!?! Then they sent a second email within a couple of hours later saying they sent me a refund, but it was only $25!!! What the hell???? Can't believe I literally just spent money on dealing with a poorly run company. I'm so upset for losing out this kind of money and not getting anything in return!
