"Good prices but their customer service is lacking. Their web site says they ship daily at 9:00AM and the confirmation email from my order said they "usually" ship with 8 hours of the confirmation.

However, after no email or web site tracking updates for 6 days, I called their toll-free number to check on my order. After three attempts to speak to a person, I finally succeeded.

Why didn't my order ship as promised? "I've been having trouble with the CDRs I ordered." "I can't find one of the masters and I was going to try to download it."

I told them to just ship the discs they had and cancel the rest. The shipment went out the next day, as I requested.
