"Product worked sort of to begin with then compleltly stopped working. Cannot find any information about the product manufacturer anywhere so i deceided to contact the seller. Have been trying for past week to access seller homepage: (link2asia.net) with a:

This has been highly annoying to me that the fact they say they will be back online within the hour and it has been over a week. I have nothing but dissapointment with the merchant.

"I was quite impressed by these guys. I ordered an external Seagate hard drive on the 11th of July. The next day I got a call from them saying that hard drive was not in stock and would I accept a more expensive one as a replacement. Well, yeah. The people were very friendly on the phone and they even sent a couple of emails to follow up. When I recieved the hard drive there was not a USB 2.0 cable included. I called them and I actually got to talk to a person. Not only a person but after only 1 transfer the same person I talked to before. He had knowlege of my order and was quick to let me know they could send out another cable. I got it three days later. Great service and great prices. I would highly recommend them."
