"They sent my package to the wrong address, then claimed it was my fault even though they supposedly used address that they had successfully used previously. They refused to refund EVEN THOUGH they acknowledged that I did not receive my order. Plus they strung me along forever so I would think I would be refunded. "

"WORST site ever, service in email response is dismissive, told them to cancel when they didn't have items in stock, they lied about shipping, literally created a label to shut me up about when my items would arrive and never shipped for another 3 weeks, with an item still not available.
Oh and the worst part, my credit card was compromised after using it on their site.

"An extremely disappointing experience with Lingerie Diva. I order items for my wife, just as I had other clothing for many a year, and order her usual size. In summary, the items were way too small and not because I had the size wrong but Lingerie Diva sizes run very small. More than likely they know this information but are still complete transactions as such and then took a 21% fee for me to return the merchandise the same day of receipt. Many businesses, I best not point out, do not charge a customer for postal cost or restocking. I have now paid both fees and have absolutely NOTHING. Note that on their testimonial page they have SELECT reviews on their site. How convenient!! "
"Lingerie Diva has good prices compared to other websites and MUCH LOWER than most brick and mortar stores. Their shipping is pretty quick and the quality of the items I've ordered has never been an issue. Returns are not difficult, but they are a bit slow (~3 weeks to get a refund in my case). Admittedly, my return was around peak season -- Valentine's -- so I'm sure that it isn't always like that. This makes my second purchase from the site and I'll definitely be back. "

Only complaint I have is some items were strangely sized, do look at the size chart for the brand of the item you are going to purchase. The website nicely posts these size charts on the page.
