"I recently purchased the Flora 3 head package with background stand and green chroma key backdrop. Order received when promised. Initially green screen backdrop was not received, but was promptly shipped and received after I contacted Sales. After one shoot I bulb failed. I sent an email to Sales advising them of the premature failure and my disappointment. They immediately UPSed me a free replacement, and didn't even ask for one. I just voiced my disappointment. Per UPS shipping I should receive the bulb today. I have been very pleased with the Flora light kit and stands. Have not used the backdrop stand yet."
