This reseller is a joke, do not buy anything from them!!

"This reseller is obviously a Walmart reseller. On Walmart website, they advised a mosquito coil package of 12 boxes sold for $46. It took two weeks before I received the shipment, but the shipment contained only one box of the repellent coil, 10 coils - can you believe I paid $46 bucks for ten coils? I contacted their customer service, requesting them to simply ship the remaining 11 boxes to me and I'd be ok. However, the customer service rep at this reseller apparently didn't want to make any corrections to the error and firmly asked me to "ship your return back to our address" and they'd refund. The return shipment is "at your own expense", I checked with the postal office, the return shipment cost is more than the total cost of the order, I am now taking this issue to Walmart and will hold them liable for the issue. But honestly, this is the worst online shopping experience I'd ever had so far. "

I gave an undeserved 1 star because Zero was not an option. They should be taken to court under phony policies

"I bought three 32 ounce bottles of GAC 800 which is a liquid medium for painting. I ordered from my goods (I thought) and other products through different venders. All items from every other vender were fine. The GAC 800 from my goods AKA Limited Goods was delivered leaking all over my porch with a sticker tagged on the box that said "Received damaged." So fedex received damaged and tagged it and dropped it off. I took pictures of the unopened box with fluid leaking everywhere, the sticker showing it arrived damaged. I went to the "mygoods" site and go to refund. A form comes up that you fill out to submit for refund approval. I got an email of the exact form, but it says it is Limited goods not my goods (3rd party). Anyway I sent an email to ****@****, and also ****@****. I attached photos and requested they notify me how to return. Message said they were closed for the weekend (On a Tuesday). I left multiple emails, and voicemails, and never a response. So I open the box, and find the items were pack so tight (just the bottles, no packing paper or bubbles.) I could barely take them out of the box. whoever packed them packed it so tightly, they worked the lids opened, and the products of 2 out of 3 bottles completely emptied in the box. They do not take or respond to calls, and do not honor their own return policy. You will be like a rat on a wheel trying to return or get a refund. Doing a lot of work to get nowhere. Either their shippers are TRYING to hurt the company, or this company just ****!

Used product. No bar codes. No return.

"Bought a thermal camera from "Wal-Mart" . Arrived in just a grey bag,clearly used missing packaging and no bar codes anywhere. Product was cheap and disappointing. Decided to return to Wal-Mart and surprise it's suddenly not from them. Good luck returning something without a bar code and missing packaging. I got burned once never again. God I love Amazon. Avoid this company and perhaps Wal-Mart as well as they enable these clowns to rip off unsuspecting customers.

RUN - do not buy from My Goods / Limited Goods

"I ordered a bike rack for a fat tire bike. After a 16 day wait (more than a week after scheduled delivery), I receive a small piece of plastic labeled as a blinder helmet mount (???)! Now they are giving me a runaround in getting a refund. Multiple email messages and I'm no closer than I was. I'm going to contest the charge with my credit card company. I recommend doing the same. Better yet, NEVER do business with these losers."

Sent me USED product. Refused to fully refund!

"I bought from MyGoods, aka Limited Goods via Walmart.com. NEVER AGAIN. They sent me a used product, which they refused to recognize as such, and charged me the restocking fee. Their customer service does not validate the very words "customer service." This company does not act with any morals."

"I ordered an online gift from Walmart on Black Friday as a Christmas present for my grandson. Limited Goods was the 3rd party that I received the game from. I tried returning the item. It was unused and unopened. They would not take the game back. Be very careful!!!! "

This company is a total Scam!!!

"Yes they have got a lot of horrible reviews because they are a horrible company!!! Their return policy is a JOKE!!! They do not stand behind the products they sell and refuse to take returns and/or refunds. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company at all costs!!! Total rip off!!!"

Deceptive Business Practice

" Limited Goods was a third party reseller. They seem to be a reseller for multiple businesses. Item was sent to the wrong address. Customer service confirmed my address and stated item will be re-shipped once they receive it back. Item was re-shipped, back to the same wrong address. Once again customer service stated they will re-ship the item once they receive it back. No word for 10 days. Contacted customer service to inquire. Received a response stating item was "undeliverable" and issued a refund minus 20% re-stocking fee. This was their mistake, and this debacle took over a month. Order was placed on April 1. Today is May 11. This is unacceptable and a scam for gathering re-stocking fee. Email is the only way to contact. Phone number never gets answered and there is no option to leave a message. Stay away! The headache is not worth dealing with this reseller. Read the reviews and don't be a victim. "

Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed

"This was a birthday present that went horribly wrong. It got delivered and they acted excited but knew this wasn't what he wanted. Sorry to my Dad. I ordered a gun safe through Walmart fulfilled by Limited Goods. They sent me a completely different safe than ever ordered.. The one they sent was some cheap POS with a key. The one i ordered was supposed to have finger buttons. The Walmart costumer service rep was as worthless as this company.. He gave me there phone number and said good luck.. Thanks for nothing Chris R. from Walmart. Still waiting to hear from Limited goods. Hopefully they will resolve this."

"I bought a computer processor from Jet and it was fulfilled through Limited Goods. The process was quick as they shipped it the next day with a tracking number and it arrived two days later. And now here's my complaint- they DID NOT PACK THE BOX WITH ANYTHING! Seriously?? They just put the processor in its packaging and everything (which is fairly small) loosely in a rectangular package significantly larger than it. So that means it rattled around in there throughout its entire trip. Fortunately, my item's package doesn't look too bad aside from some minor wear on its edges. But that does not ease my mind at all. I haven't been able to make sure the processor and cooler work yet. I mean, they look fine and I'm not TOO worried. But that's just very cheap and lazy on their end to not put any sort of packaging in a box with a fragile and expensive item. I would give one star, but again, the process was quick and they provided accurate tracking info. And I suppose I should give some kudos to FedEx for not damaging my items even though it would probably be really easy to given its poor packaging."

"Like everyone else has said, stay away from this company!!!! Ordered a Thermos from them and took two weeks to arrive! When I finally received it, it was only covered in a plastic bag, ZERO packaging or packing material. The Thermos had huge dents and scratches on it. Tried calling like others have mentioned you get sent straight to voicemail and directed to send an email instead. "

"Run as far away from Limited Goods as you can, as fast as you can!

this company is useless! I ordered a new item; it did not come in original packaging (or any packaging at all). It was wrapped loosely in bubble wrap. it had scratches and scuff marks on it; clearly a used product, when the advertisement I fell for said it would be NEW! Further, when I tried to use it, it was faulty. Worst of all, I have called at least 5 times and not only do they not answer their phones (or return calls), but one of the two numbers I've tried has a message inbox that has been full for 2 weeks (probably so they don't have to receive any more messages about crappy products).

while I have tried to reach them, my opportunity to discuss a return has come and gone. Bull!!!

Bad product, bad company, zero communication..... RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY!

"Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered from them then they wouldn't honor their price and cancelled my order. They advertise low priced products to get you to their site then they don't honor their advertised prices. To date i still see the same price advertised as my purchase price, so they haven't changed the price. Still dangling the carrot."

"Ordered an INTELLITOUCH EOS100T1RB WIRELESS AUDIO SYSTEM BLACK
as a present for Christmas, ordered 4 weeks before to allow delivery, system didn't connect to existing system and when i emailed to return was told you are only allowed 7days. Customer service is really bad don't touch site as they do not respond or offer any help just stick to you have to return within 7 days
