"I ordered 6 these as Groomsmen gifts. For the price of the dolls you would think they would do a good job with the resemblance. In the end after a good amount of back and forth on their proofs just to get simple things like the eyebrows the same color as the hair, the dolls came and do not look like the pictures at all. One of the dolls heads doesn't even bobble well.
I would not recommend using this company for anyone, and am now disapointed that my gift to my groomsmen will be subpar."

"This is my 2nd time ordering from this site. The first time I was pretty happy, happy enough to order from them again. WHAT A MISTAKE!! I went back and forth with them asking them to change and work on the product that I ordered for literally 2 months. Just for them to not change anything. It finally got to the point that I just have up due to the fact that nothing was changing and nether of the bobble heads look like my boyfriend or I!!! They didn't even do the purple hair I especially asked for one initially placing my order. So much for a cute thoughtful anniversary gift. Guess he will just get a set of bubbleheads of some random ppl that I paid way way way to much for. I used to tell ppl about this site now I tell EVERYONE to stay away. Far far far far far away. You are better of saving a ton of money Ana buying some $5 generic bobble heads. You will get them faster, cheaper, better quality and they will prob look more like you. "
"The doll looked nothing like the picture sent even after paying more for their expert modeler. Choose a different company. Trust me on this one.
Also, don't believe that other review is a real one. That review is from the company.....you can tell by the poor form of English used....funny, the same improper English that I received from them in my correspondence with them. I ordered it on Nov 25th for a Christmas gift....paid extra for the expert modeler and extra to guarantee Christmas delivery....So, after about a week an a half, I asked for a status....they hadn't even touched it yet....so on Dec 8th, I get my first picture to approve....I disapproved twice and approved the last one otherwise I wasn't getting it for Christmas....well, when it arrived, it didn't look like the picture I approved and it sure didn't look anything like the girl it was supposed to. It looked like I bought a bobblehead of a girl that happened to have the same hair color."
