"I ordered a CPL filter on this site and paid thru Paypal. The product is supposed to be delivered
within15-25 business days. 15 business days later, the status of this order was "created". I sent a mail: no answer, but the status 20 business days after the order is "payment received". I sent another mail: no answer. I have no idea of when I'll receive the product.
The customer service and the order process seem to me of very low quality."
