I called after 10 days to ask why my order didn’t arrive and they said that it was shipped just 8 days after I placed the order and it will arrive later and they had a delay. "Item costs was $15. Packaging costs was $10, shipping cost was $10. With tax my order came to $40. When my item arrived it was the wrong size. I called same day and asked to return the item. They stated that I had to pay to ship the item back, and it had to be packaged exactly as it arrived. So I have to send back the item, in the packing materials that I paid $10 for which I'm sure will be reused. Pay $10 to ship back. All because the item I received was not as described. So in total I'm paying $50 and have nothing to show for it except a $6 refund. While Lighting Supply takes my item back, reuses the packing materials, and charge someone else 50. Doesn't seem fair or legal..."
