"Placed an order for some Recessed Lighting Baffle/Trims on May 27. Website stated that the order would arrive in 7 - 10 days.
Called on June 7 and was told the item would be shipped in 2 days. Called on June 9 to confirm the shipment was en route and was told that the order wouldn't come in from the manufacturer until the 12th of June.
My credit card was debited immediately when I placed the order, but no one followed up via e-mail or otherwise to inform me that the item was backordered.
Needless to say, I cancelled the order.
The weirdthing is that the company is in the same county as me, so the shipment via UPS should have been only one day.
