The bulbs sent were completely different from the bulbs I ordered. The bulbs were the wrong wattage, the wrong color, and the wrong beam spread.

Buying LED light bulbs is difficult enough these days - but it's REALLY FRUSTRATING to spend an hour carefully selecting them and then receive completely different products!

Even worse, the bulbs I received were cheap knockoffs - I was able to find IDENTICAL bulbs at 1/10 the price from eBay sellers in China. Wish I had looked there before purchasing.

My email asking if he made a mistake and how to obtain the bulbs I actually ordered, but it was essentially ignored. He made a flip comment - "you ordered bulbs didn't you?" and made no offer to remedy the problem. He wouldn't respond to my second email.

If you like surprises and getting randomly selected bulbs, this is the place for you!
