"This is a fraudulent website! The lights I ordered and paid for with my VISA card were never delivered. They do not have a LIVE MESSAGE CENTER as advertised, nor do they return any email messages, which is the ONLY way to contact them! The 800 number is simply a recorded message telling the customer to visit the live message center on the website. I have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in NJ and authorized my bank to begin proceedings to return my money. Do not do ANY business with this company. In fact, I would do anything to see the site shut down."

Also, they do not respond to emails and are rarely on their 'live chat' feature on their site. Calling their 800 number only has a recording to visit live chat or email them."
