The support braces on my son's Lifetime Elite outdoor basketball hoop broke during a micro burst wind storm.
Lifetime sent us new braces plus a new axle and wheels for free.
I never expected that and it was a wonderful surprise!

Very Flimsy - Do Not Buy!!!
What a flimsy and cheap made product. Costco includes a backrest with their "Yellow" Wave Youth Kayaks but I had to pay $29.99 because my granddaughter wanted a pink kayak. I was sadly disappointed in the quality of this product and have sent two (2) "contact us" emails to Lifetime's Customer Service to discuss my dissatisfaction with the product. It has been two weeks and I have not gotten a response from either. I have two other Lifetime Kayaks they are both the Emotion Spitfire. So now I have three......but I will never buy a Lifetime shed, chair, table or kayak.........ever again. Customer Service does not exist at this company."
"Excellent company to work with. We ordered a play center and received in short time. Excellent craftsmanship, careful shipping and handling. Replaced one minor plastic piece on the binoculars that was broken quickly and free of charge, even though WE may have been the ones that broke the piece as we assembled the play center. 3 weeks after our purchase, Costco offered the same play center from Lifetime at $400 less with 2 extra free pieces. I emailed Lifetime and quickly received a $400 refund and the 2 extra free pieces. Amazing!! They have been courteous and responsive!! "
