"I ordered an ipad otterbox defender case thinking it might be an out of box or be from china which would explain the cost. I should have looked at these reviews first. The case is a knockoff or counterfeit. The material is definitely cheaper and the word otterbox isn't even on the case once. The only way to get a refund would be to ship it back to china which is more than half of the cost of the case to begin with. Plus the shipping was extremely slow. "
"advertised as "otterbox defender series cover for ipad 2" is a cheap clone. shipping was somewhat quick but when i saw the cheap plastic/rubber clone i got that sick feeling in my stomach. never buy from these guys again. now, in order to get refund, i have to ship the cheap crap plastic cover back to them in china. "I have been VERY unhappy with this company and would warn all others from ordering. I tried to cancel the order, and for 5 days kept getting emails that that the product was shipped and they could not cancel the order. Yet, on their website, the order set in 'awaiting shipping". Today, I received an email where they sent actually claimed it was shipped, but it would take 48 hour to get the shipping info?

"Took a flier on this company. Experience was not bad. First off, the site was VERY easy to navigate with good design and thoughtful presentation. Prices are low compared to other site selling similar items. Shipping is VERY slow. I understand this is an asian (Hong Kong maybe?) company so U.S. customs slows things down a bit. (7/10)
Overall, a good experience. Would order from them again if it is something I don't need right away."
