this compay is dishonest-sell defect product

" I ordered dried lion'smushrooms from life gourmet shop LLC on Jan.2017; the product tasted like vinegar, after soaked in water over night, in 25 C, it chewed like sponge or cotton.
I remembered, before I place the order, I checked the customer reviews, nothing was bad, but, in 2017, there were only two reviews, one was posted by me in Feb, another one , posted in July.8.2017,she had the same terrible experience with me.
therefore, I think, the seller after established some market on Amazon, the seller starts to sell defected or fake product.
I asked for return; according to Amazon policy, Amazon supposedly to send me the pre-paid shipping label, but they did not, I asked Amazon, Amazon said asked the seller, the seller just ignore me.
so, I can not not send back the product, neither get the refund.
I attempted to disputed the charge from my credit card, the credit card issued a temporally refund in July.2017, but then the the seller informed the the credit card company that I never sent back the product, so the credit was reversed on Oct.2.2017. I asking Amazon to help,base on the A-Z refund policy, but Amazon said, since I have dealing with credit card company, Amazon did not want to involved.
I am writing this , to warn people to buy product from Amazon sometime the seller is dishonest and Amazon is not really care. Amazon acts very ridiculously to ask the customer to direct dealing with the seller regarding the bad product, so next time if I have bought a bad tomato from Raph's, I have to contact the tomato farmer.....
buy the way, this company is located in FL, to send back the product will cost >$30 from my own pocket.
I am still waiting for the pre-paid shipping label, to ship back the so called mushroom product !

"I love pequin chiles but they can be difficult to find in some areas and they are very pricey. I decided to look for them online to make them easy to find and to get the best value. Life Gourmet Shop had an unbeatable price.

When initially tried to order their website was not working correctly so I contacted them by phone. They were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. I chose to wait for the website to be fixed, which it was the next day. I placed my order late in the day and to my astonishment they still shipped that same day. This is by far the fastest order fulfillment I have ever experienced. The only thing that could have made me happier would have been free shipping, however, their shipping rates were very reasonable.

The product arrived well packaged. The chiles are excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from these folks again.
