"I ordered some lines for the power steering on my Subaru. There were 2 versions of the line listed (engineering update) and I opted for the cheaper of the 2. Before executing the order, a sales tech reached out to me to let me know the item I was ordering was listed as incorrect for the provided VIN. While I appreciate the diligence, and if that was an on vehicle replacement, the alternative part would be correct. In this case I needed the original engineered version as it was a complete rack replacement. The sales tech made a note and had the one I needed sent out ASAP. Having this part available really saved the day. "
