Our CC has been charged and still nothing. I have even written to a customer service at an address on 455 W. Church Street, Lexington, Tenn. and have not recieved a reply. I am in the process of contacting the Tennessee Better Business Bureau to let them know what has happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
An update, Law enforcement was contacted in Lexington, Tenn. where this company is supposedly located and upon investigation there is no such company located at the address that was given. Only an empty warehouse at 455 W Church Street and a beauty shop at 168A W Church Street. My advice to everyone is notify your CC company about the possibility of fraud and also notify the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee and report this company for investigation."

"I have made two previous purchases from Lexvac with no problems, however I think with our countries econimic woes; many businesses are failing and I think Lexvac may have fallen victim to our nations leadership economic disasters. I too have emailed lexvac and so far no responce so for my own protection I will notify my CC company and let them investigate possible CC fraud. For Lexvacs sake I hope they truely are under going store wide maintenance but some how doubt it. Buyers beware"
"I ordered parts on 1/13 and have the same problem. I used a website called Wayback Machine www.waybackmachine.org to find lexvac's info.
I will attempt to reverse charges to my CC and will notify the Missouri Attorney General in the morning. The only reason I used this company is because they had a part that no one else listed online. Good Luck! Here's the address.

"WARNING! This company takes your money, does not ship the product, and does not respond to email! I have attempted to file a complaint with the Ohio Atorney General's office. Unfortunately, I cannot do so without an address for LexVac. Since I ordered online, I do not have this information and when I check their website - lo and behold! - the message states that they're "working on their website." Surprise! So, I guess I've just lost the purchase price which, by the way, cleared my credit card just days after the purchase, but still no shipment of the product!!"
