"I emailed this guy in regard to an installation instruction. Martin replied to me within an hour. He explained how to do the installation. Not only did he tell me how to do it, but he also send me a free schematic diagram of the process. Note that this guy didn't even know me, and I have never purchased from him before. If any seller can help out a random person such as myself, he/she has 100% of my satisfaction. For this reason, he has won me as a customer.
