She checked Google and said she saw th $19.95 ad, then later in the conversation denied it. Not impressed with the dishonesty...

"Hi, I posted the previous post about Len's Computers where I diss'ed him pretty bad. I convinced my Purchasing Director to try Len's once again for a very inexpensive non-critical order. This time Len came thru like a champ. We ordered on Tuesday, He shipped on Wednesday, and we received our order on Friday.
Thru the whole process Len kept in contact with us. My Purchasing Director now agrees that we should give Len's another opportunity to supply our business.
Not only does he have the best prices around, but he has shown that the shipping fiasco that occured the first time we ordered has been fixed. I will definitley use Len's Computers again.
Just a note I noticed that when I submitted this post that my previous post disappeared. In that post I did vent some frustrations about a very trying experience I had with Len's Computers, but it seems that Len has now gotten things under control.
