When I contacted the company regarding the shipment of my order, (which was over two week earlier) they stated the contacts were on backorder and it would be another 5 business days before they received them. I was not contacted AT ALL by email or phone about the back order items. I asked that the emails be re-sent and they would not send them. I will never use this company again. Poor customer service and they are not willing to give you the information you are entitled to. "
