Bought Another Toyota at Leith

"Just bought another Toyota at Leith in Raleigh. Salesman Jeffery Smith did a great job to get the deal that I wanted. As with many Toyotas these days, this car was purchased in advance of it being delivered to the dealership. The car arrived several weeks earlier than expected. When I arrived at the dealership for pick-up, Jeffery took me out to look the car over and test drive it. The car looks great and everything is as it should be. The Toyota Hybrid System works great. If you are not looking at the dashboard, you won't notice the transitions between operating modes. (I drove a hybrid rental from another company a few months ago and transitions were very noticeable.)

The car is a Corolla Cross Hybrid. Jeffery took the time to make sure I had my phone connected to the car via the Toyota app and also review some of the basic features.

Both purchase and delivery process were smooth; no surprises.

I would definitely recommend Jeffery at Leith Toyota to a friend!

The Best Parts Department - Hands Down...

"I frequent 3 Toyota Dealerships in the Triangle Area. I have rated them according to the service I have received from each one. My latest experience with Clennell Byrd (Assistant Parts Manager) has brought Leith Toyota to the top of my list.
I feel like he treated me as one of his family members. Going the extra mile to get the correct parts I needed for my truck. He went over and above any of the other parts departments I have been going to.
Mr. Byrd should be commended for his excellent service and very positive customer satisfaction.

Makes finding OEM parts simple, fast, and affordable (usually).

"I'm a proud owner of a 2001 4Runner with nearly 400,000 miles on the odometer. I perform ALL repairs and maintenance myself, and using OEM parts whenever possible is something that I committed to from day 1. Getting my hands on the most current parts, and assuring that they are not counterfeit from 3rd party online sellers, leads me to sourcing from dealerships. Luckily, Leith Toyota is only 2 miles from my house, so I can order from their website, and pick up my parts within a day or two, typically. The staff is always polite and helpful."

I've Had Better Experiences at the DMV

"If you are buying Toyota parts, NEVER buy at the counter in the Dealership. Always buy online and then pick up in the dealership. Leith Toyota will charge you 3x market value for any given item. In addition, when you realize how badly they ripped you off, they charge you a 20% "restocking fee". The employee at the parts desk made it perfectly clear that he and Leith Toyota do not value customer's time or care about providing good value in there service. They treat customers as suckers to be taken advantage of. The only things that Leith Toyota values is their own time, and your money. "
