"Saw this machine in a Doctor's home that I was designing. Asked her about the workout that you get. She stated that it is extensive except for your chest and I am definitely interested in the back muscles and legs. People tend to forget that your back muscles keep you standing straight and your legs keep you going when you get older. She also liked the fact that you could stand it up out of the way very easily. The site was super to show the styles. The water resistance is an interesting concept because it is just like being on a Lake --- without the water. My husband and I have a bad shoulder from lifting sound equipment and are very interested in being able to come home and use the machine for the resistance while spending time with each other and it still be quiet just off our main living area. Very good site - easy to order."

"Shopping experience was okay in Mechanicsburg, PA. Delivery took forever because they had to order a part that was broke on the floor model we purchased. It took weeks and it was next to impossible to get a return call when we'd check in. Paid for delivery and they delivered the unit without any paperwork. They said that they would email a PDF with info about the elliptical and they never did. After a day, the unit started to get a bad vibration. I called the store and had to leave a message. They never returned my call. My husband finally looked at the unit and discovered two bolts had fallen out from an inner wheel. Do not buy from this place, go elsewhere."
"Although the prices at Leisure Fitness are competitive, I was unhappy with the service of the company.
I ordered a Precor AMT and I was promised delivery by a certain date, by the salesman Nat. A few days before I called to confirm and the same salesman denied that he had ever promised me the delivery date. I accepted reluctantly an installation date of a week later.
The machine came, the installation was good, and I tipped the installers amply. The next day, I called for the instruction book that I was missing. Nat said that he would send one but he never did. The following week, I called and had the good luck to speak to another salesman, Howard. He promised to send one. I am still waiting."
