"As I write this review (6-10-07) I have yet to receive the confirmation email and my order, I had sent them an email earlier in the week explaining to them that I had never got the confirmation email and so far the only thing I'm happy about is a quick email response in which they said I'd receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, well 24 hours came and went and no email. I will will either call or send another email before Wednesday. I can say without a shadow of a doubt I won't shop there again. UPDATE Ok I called them on 6-11-07 and explained the situation, the guy told me the number on back of the credit card was wrong and that he left a message on my machine the only problem was that I put in the wrong phone number, so it was all my fault. I came home from work(6-13-07) and my package was there, I would shop there again, I just have to make sure I put in the right numbers."
