"Do not even bother to buy from this store. I bought a coffee maker 19 days ago, and I have not received back any of the emails I have sent nor any call have been responded, all the calls go to an answering maching and even after leaving several messages no call has been returned.

It seemed like a legit site, but I called to make sure I could reach them in case of problems. They were easy to reach and helpful, and the product I ordered arrived exactly when they said it would and in excellent condition ("shelf pull" = new).
