"BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU WILL REGRET! We bought a NEW sofa slipcover but it was CLEARLY USED. The item has several prominent stains, the fabric is worn from being used, loose stitches, and dusty. I emailed them pictures of the item as proof and called to report the incidence, but the owner ACCUSED ME BACK for trying to scam them by trying to return something that I bought from someone else, and said that they never shipped that item to me! He was EXTREMELY RUDE AND INSULTING, and hung up on me. Our mistake was failing to inspect the item within the return policy allowed period. But any legitimate company will not sell anything like that and treat customers with such disrespect."
