"My original review (order 10/29/07) was pure disatisfaction. Delayed responses, slow delivery, and faulty product. But Chad came through (12/13/07) and FedEx a free replacement. I understand 4lots.com lacks manpower and hence the customer service/response time will not be as expected from a mega online store; (note to any prospective customers)."
