"I think I just saved myself some grief. If this is how they treat potential customers, I absolutely refuse to be treated the way Melissa has treated me. Good business model, there! Her tone from the beginning has been snotty and condescending. I'll shop with people who want my money."

"This is one of the worst companies I have ever come across,they were very rude from the beginning of the transaction to the end. They said everything was my fault and they would take no responsability for anything regarding the order.I tried calling them several times and sent many e-mails they would never respond back. I finally told them to cancel my order . Then she finally returned my e-mail saying it was too late to do that and if I did she would charge me a 25% restocking fee for all the time she had wasted on my order .I will never buy from this company again"
