I ordered 5 of the small sheepskin rugs for Christmas. The original order was delivered very quickly. I then had second thoughts about the colors. I sent an email to Lawsons to see if there would be a restocking charge and if I could order two other colors to compare. My email was answered within 15 minutes. There is no restocking charge and I was told I could order two other rugs to compare before I returned any and they would reimburse the shipping charge. The second order arrived within 3 days.

Two of the rugs were returned and I was credited quickly.

I would highly recommend this company and their product.

""rubber" sole slippers have plastic bottoms and are very slippery. They are not flexible and wearing them feels like walking in ski boots. I had to pay return shipping AND they would only return $44.97 of the $69.90 that I paid for them originally. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY your slippers."

"Do not buy from these scam artists - I ordered a pair of sheepskin slippers from this company after I was assured that they were made in the U.S.. When I received them, there was no markings whatsoever. My wife has a pair that was made in China and the soles are almost an exact match. When I attempted to contact them regarding this, my calls not e-mails were never returned. I contacted the BBB of Virginia. They said they had never heard of them and tried to contact them for 3 months after which they listed them as an unresolved complaint."
