"I purchased two movies from them on May 27th. Fortunately, I placed the order through paypal, so when they never shipped my DVDs and told me several times that my refund was “on its way”, I had someone on my side. I just got my money back this week, 8 weeks after my order was placed, and 5 weeks after I started asking questions. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. They do not ever answer their 800 number, and good luck getting a straight answer from anyone at this company. I will never consider doing business with them again."
