Very pleased

"I ordered HK style sights for my AR and they are amazing love their logo on them and then ordered a QD for my ACOG and built well. When receiving my package it came with Dillo Rub. It was nice of them. I had ordered a QD for my Eotech and I guess it was in back order. I feel the product were alittle high on price but it’s fine. I would order from them again. Good company to buy from. "

selling items not in stock

"I've had the same experience as others. Nowhere on their site does it say whether or not an item is in stock. The way yoj find out is to create an account, then check your order status.
I ordered a Smith Vortex flash hider, only to find out a week later it was backordered. I then ordered the same item from Midway and had it in three days.
This was my first and last order from this company

All negative posts are WRONG

"If any of you "yahoos" out there know anything at all about Larue, they are one of the finest hand made long gun makers on the market trusted for years in excellent build quality and fit and finish. Larue is not some HUGE factory pumping out poorly made products. I had to wait 8 months for my long gun and happy about it. There are times when you have to wait for parts, and other times you can get stuff from then within days. So all of you cry baby's, go ahead and purchase inferior products just so you can obtain them a little faster. Larue is worth the wait.

You can always plan on a wait from Larue because they are in demand.

DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT !!

I placed an order yesterday, mags, grips, MBT trigger.
Today I get an email saying my order is now on BACKORDER 6-8 weeks !!!
Nothing about any kind of BACKORDER when I placed my order yesterday ! So I called customer service, pleasant enough person on the phone. BUT , when I asked about the BACKORDER and the lack of any kind of notice of such on the website I was told that ' this the way the owner chooses to run his business'
Take my order then tell me stuff is on BACKORDER !!!
waste of my time !!!
Like the FCG's
Crappy way to do business !
Cancelled my order .

LaRue Tactical......Buyer Beware!!! Horrible company!!!!

"When you order from LaRue don’t count on it being in stock. I placed an order for a A.R. 15 trigger nowhere did it say it’s on back order, luckily I called them to change my shipping speed and they said they’re not in stock and there’s no ETA. Wasted several days, if they would Tell you whether it’s in stock or not you can decide a lot quicker. They’re not just the friendliest there either. Buy a Geissele, way better company "

Hides the fact stuff is backordered

"I understand businesses are swamped with everything going on right now but that doesn't excuse the fact that they're selling items that are back ordered but nowhere on the website or the selling page does it say backordered. The only way I found out the item I ordered was backordered was after receiving the confirmation email saying they received my payment after few days the money still hasn't come my account so I checked the website and after doing that then it says it's backordered. Of course no one will answer the phone so there's no way for me to cancel my order abs allow me to order from somewhere else.

This just goes to show you how skeezy some of these companies with "decent reviews" are. I'll never order from them again, I just want my order cancelled so I don't have to worry about ordering from somewhere else and then getting two orders of the same thing.

100% Back-order

"I can say that 100% of the times I’ve ordered from this company that their product was on back-order. The problem I have is there are no indicators on their website that they do not stock items or an item is back-ordered. Now to be fair I have ordered only twice but, the items I ordered were on back- order each time; I think there is a trend here."

"Great products, great company.
They dont have the fastest shipping in the history of man but its decent. The products are top notch rivaled only by 1-2 other companies on earth, seriously. Their stuff is expensive, yes, but its damn near bullet proof. They love to send trinkets with their orders, I have like 8 Dillos's and Dillo Rub that i love. Keep doing what you are doing!

"I HIGHLY recommend LaRue! I can not say enough about their customer service. It is above & beyond impressive. I ordered a scope mount completely blind. I spoke to Shane. I explained what scope I had & asked him to choose a mount for me. Not only did he do so with authority, but was very informative as well. My phone cut out twice. Each time I called back, he answered. I didn't have to go through a recording system &/or explain anything to anyone else. From this point forward, anything I buy will come from LaRue if they offer it. Based on my phone experience & then receiving all of the surprises that come with buying from them, you know for certain that customer service means everything to them. It shows & it is very important to my family. "
