"Amateurish. I started trying to purchase a laptop for a friend in Mexico. Firstly they asked for more information to prove my identity and that of the recipient, then decided that they don't accept cards from cardholders outside of Mexico, then decided that they would need bank account information, then finally cancelled the order because by this time the laptop was out of stock. I'm not sure whether they're just incompetenet or running an identity theft scam, but in any case, they're certainly not ready to enter the first world."
