"They switched from UPS (which i paid extra for) to USPS, probably to save money.\, without my consent. I selected UPS because they deliver to my house (the shipping address i used) They apparently decided to switch to USPS without my consent. USPS only delivers to my P.O. Box. Now I will not receive my Battery for my computer. There was a very specific reason I chose the shipping method and address that I did. It is not acceptable for them to make changes without my authorization. Things like this cannot and should not happen. "
"Purchased a battery June 2016 and its charge doesnt last for 30 minutes from last one month. Now startup screen shows issues in battery and charge lasts for 5-10 mins.

"I live 30 miles away from the the company's location so I decided to purchase from this business instead of other companies. I ordered more memory from my laptop and it arrived in two days from Illinois but this business (that is only 30 miles away) will not arrive for 5 days!!!! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. "I ordered a macbook pro battery and it came in fairly quickly, but after installing, the battery died just as fast as my old one. Prior to all of this happening, I took my laptop to a apple store and ran diagnostics and the only thing wrong with my macbook was that the battery was fried. Very disappointed. "
