" found and ordered a laptop travel charger from laptoptravel from a web search. The charger was supposed to be a dual purpose car/airport charger that could charge my laptop in either place. What I received was a car adapter only charger. Since I don't fly often, I was annoyed but I don't complain easily, so I hung on to it. Later when I went on a trip to another city, I used my charger, but my computer went down halfway through the trip. I found that the connector on the computer side of the adapter was poorly designed, and would only charge my laptop if constant pressure was put on it to push it to an angle. Needless to say, this is difficult to do while driving. So, I ended up with a $80 piece of equipment that is not what was advertised, and even when used in the one limited way it COULD work, was so poorly designed that it was impractical to utilize. I have sent laptoptravel several messages detailing my complaints, they refuse to respond and apparently have no intention of making this right. Do NOT do business with this company, this is a case of you get what you pay for. Pay a little extra, and get something you can depend on because you will never be able to depend on this company, or the merchandise they use to rip you off. "

Many companies fail in their communication, Laptop Travel did not: an email was sent with accurate tracking information. Would have paid extra $ for the service alone but the price was the lowest I found. I'm happy."
