"I needed a passenger side, rear door inside connection cage and had some confusion on the website whether or not the listed RH was driver's or passenger's side. I reached out through the contact link and the dealership very quickly responded with a follow up question and got me the needed information to ensure I ordered the correct part. I received the part in a couple of days and put it on the following weekend and it worked perfectly!
Alternatively, I tried to order from another dealer online back in November 2023 and it took until March 2024 to tell me they couldn't get the part after I reached out multiple times to check the status and eventually received a refund with zero communication. 6 months with no resolution from that dealer compared to less than a week with Lakeland Hyundai and my kids can open the car door again without someone having to open it from the outside! Probably saved my marriage. :-)"

"This review is for online ordering Genuine Hyundai OEM Parts from Wholesale Hyundai Parts, Lakeland, FL. I check the online prices at nine dealers for two genuine Hyundai OEM filters for a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe: one cabin air filter and one engine air filter. Several online dealers advertised very low prices for the filters, but then charged exorbitant shipping fees – more than $31 from three of them. Wholesale Hyundai Parts had the lowest total price for the filters including shipping. I am very satisfied with Wholesale Hyundai Parts, and I will definitely order from them again. However, I also own a 2024 Hyundai Kona, and as of March 2024, Wholesale Hyundai Parts has not updated their website to list any parts or accessories for the 2024 Kona."
