"I bought the Instyler from Ladleout last Sept, but when the package arrived, it was shipped from HongKong. As a result of the cheap knock off, the Instyler broke just after a few uses. The motor over heated, and fumes came off the Instyler. It is a piece of Crap!
Don't ever buy anything from Ladleout!!! It is a scam. I sent emails to the customer service, and received no reply.

"The "Instyler" did arrive as announced. No guarantee papers in the box. My daughter was pretty disappointed by the quality (Being a man, I know nothing about this stuff...) and the barrel stopped turning after 10 days of use.

When i contacted Instyler, they told me that it was a counterfeit item and that they would not cover it.

When I contacted the merchant (LaddleOut - Sun Glory on Paypal invoice), I received the following in response, I quote: "Dear Customer
All of our products are brand new with 7-days money back gurantee.
FOR YOUR CASE, IT WAS OVER 7DAYS.

The item does not fall under Paypal guarantee = dispute gets closed automatically. No recourse whatsoever!
