A week later I contact the costumer service and they told me the they had 5 to 7 days to process it, then after that they ship it. They're a thieves bc any online company would do that. Even amazon has much better costumer service than them. Basically they offer the same service no matter how much u pay extra. Also, they do not care about their costumers. "

"It takes Lacoste 24 hours to take your money for an order. But three weeks to process a return order and refund( they receive my return on December 29th told me there wouldn't be a refund at least until the 19th). I will never do any more online shopping with them. More than likely won't be buying any more of their clothes cuz the nearest Lacoste store is two and a half hours away from me"
