"I found an evening bag on LaRegale.com that I really liked but the only thing deterring me from ordering was that negative review I saw here posted in February, but I decided to try myself and ordered anyway.
Long story short- It was a great experience.
I typo'd when inputting my CC info and no less than 3 hours after I put it in, I had an email from Albert at La Regale telling me there was an error with my card and asking me to call him to verify. I called to give him the correct info and the bag was shipped that very day, and I got it by the end of that week. The bag had surprisingly great quality for the price, and I emailed Al and thanked him for his help. He responded to my email with a thank you and a coupon for 20% off my next order. Amazing product and service and I would definitely order from them again.

"This is the worst internet shopping experience I've ever had. I placed an order on that Monday for a bag needed for an event on Saturday, and paid for overnight shipping. Despite multiple phone calls and emails throughout the week, no one responded to update the status of my order. I therefore cancelled the order on Friday. The bag was then shipped that Friday (a full 4 days after I placed the order), several hours after I cancelled. It arrived the following Monday, 2 days after the event for which I needed it. I refused the shipment and returned the bag to La Regale. Several weeks later, seemingly out of nowhere, I received a condescending and rude email from someone named Al who not only didn't apologize for La Regale's mistake, but proceeded to make it sound as though I was to blame for the screw-up. In fact, at least one of the assertions he made was patently false. When I responded to point out the flaws in his story and the various ways in which their service had failed, I then received an even ruder email in return. DO NOT shop with La Regale unless you like paying to be ignored and subsequently ridiculed."
