Well, the order did not ship until ten days later (Dec 2nd). The order showed up on Dec 23rd. Not only was my order incomplete (I ordered three items, was shipped two) but I was charged full price - not the sale price listed.
The quality of the items was great, but nothing fit - no big deal since clothes are subject to variances in size.
The return went through more quickly than the order - 10 days after I shipped all the items back.
My wife nor I will ever order anything from this catalog. Too bad since they seem to have some good stuff. It just takes too long to ship (10 days after placing the order? Of items in stock!?!) and them sending the items USPS left no option of package tracking."
