Desktop delivery was great

"After ordering many times from L-com they recently refused my order because I wanted it shipped to a friend to bring to me in Mexico. their reason was that the shipping address was different than the Credit card address and that I did not have "an account"
Exceptionally bad Customer service considering they have a record of my past orders.

"I've interacted with this company only once, but would be quite reluctant to do it again. The parabolic antenna I ordered took 15 hours to assemble (instead of a more reasonable 30 minutes). There were numerous manufacturing defects, and it did not come with instructions. Later this week, I'll make my third or fourth trip to the hardware store to try and correct the awful manufacturing job."

"Have been buying from these guys for years and it has been mediocre at best thus far. Pricing is extremely high. Ran into an issue with tax exemption status. I have been tax exempt for years and have the proper docs on file there. They are charging tax and when I inquired about it I ran into multiple transfers and calls on hold. Accounting can't be contacted. The CS person I finally talked to was pathetically useless and uninformed. Left messages with my "personal rep" and he has yet to even respond once. L-Com sucks when it comes to CS. Their pricing is out of the ballpark but due to my end customer I am STUCK buying from them."
