"I knew based on this companies rating I was taking a risk but they were the only vender I could find who carried a product I was interested in. I also ordered a Symantec software product to maximize the efficiency of the shipping costs. The printing products were incorrect and the solution to that is still pending. The real problem came with the software order. I was shipped 3 CD's which were clearly marked for distrobution with new PC only, not for sale or re-sale. When I contacted L&M (they also go by simplybargains.com) I met with some resistance to the point I had to hang up since I could not get a word in edgewise. I contacted Symantec who requested I forward the information to their anti piracy dept. When confronted with this L&M all of a sudden became helpful and authorized a return of the software at their cost and offered their apologies. Too little too late, I will never do business with this company, regardless of the products they carry."

I have ordered twice from this company I should have learned my lesson the first time. First experience (I let this one go did not post here). Ordered 4 in cartridges took 5 days to ship when received packing slip showed all 4 shipped but there was only three in the box. Called they said guess what computer error they were out of stock but did ship me the missing item a week later. OK mistakes happen. Now my second order. They confirmed the order and charged my credit card. a week later still no confirmation of shipping. Called them. After checking they told me the problem was, yes again the computer was wrong, that they thought they had the items in stock but 2 of the 4 ink cartridges I ordered were actually out of stock. I cancelled my order they credited (I hope can't check yet) my credit card which by the way should not have been charged since the items were not shipped but YES computer error. Enough said"
