Outstanding Customer Service, shipping, great products

"You can always tell how good a company is when there is a problem. I work for the NE Commission for the Blind & Visually Impaired and we do a high volume of business with LS&S. They have been one of the best companies to deal with and the most professional, even on the rare occasion when there is an issue with a product. Their shipping is fast and they package items well so they are never damaged in transit. Our NE representatives for LS&S are truly amazing and we are very grateful to have such an excellent working relationship!"

"A few years ago - while I was out of the country - my very hearing impaired mother bought the Clarity HI-XL45 amplified phone. That was a mistake in 2 ways: (1) actual amplification achievable with that phone was way way less than expected. Her older phone, which did not boast up to 50dB inbound amplification was much louder. And the ring on this Clarity is weaker than I usually hear from a basic phone! (2) Both LS&S and the makers of the Clarity (Plantronics) were completely uncooperative. Neither would not take the phone back. Sadly, there's a limited number of products out there to choose from and a limited number of retailers for them, but we are discouraged from ever buying from LS&S, or buying Plantronics products again. These companies should realize that, at our ages, we have quite a few hearing-impaired friends! Refdesk"
